From 5 to 6 years old
Three weekly sessions that incorporate training and games, including:
- 25 minutes dedicated to engaging games and exercises that develop motor skills;
- 15 minutes practicing the snatch technique using a stick;
- 15 minutes honing the clean and jerk technique with a stick;
- 15 minutes of muscle-strengthening exercises, including:
- Push-ups;
- Bodyweight squats;
- Stick squats;
- Core exercises;
- Back extensions;
- 15 minutes of stretching to cool down.
From 6 to 7 years old
Engage in 6 fulfilling hours of recreational gymnastics each week.
From 7 to 8 years old
10 hours of recreational and competitive gymnastics each week.
From 8 to 10 years old
Dedicate 14 hours each week to recreational gymnastics and Olympic weightlifting, with an emphasis on the snatch and clean and jerk techniques.
It's essential for the children to engage in at least one Olympic weightlifting competition monthly, in order to become accustomed to the competitive environment.

From 10 to 11 years old
Engage in a 12-month program with 6 hours of training weekly, focusing on technical repetitions in the snatch and clean and jerk.
The aggregate of the repetitions and the weights lifted should not surpass 7500 kilograms during this time frame.

From 11 to 13 years old
Commit to 8 hours of Olympic weightlifting training weekly, progressively ramping up the intensity and weights as the month advances.
