Follow this program a week before your competition !
As a member, you are supposed to have provided your personal bests in the snatch, clean and jerk, clean, back squat, front squat, bench press and shoulder press during the registration process.
You can, at any time, edit those personal bests in your
account. You can also add your personal bests for other movements like : power snatch, hang snatch, snatch from blocks, power clean, hang clean, clean from blocks, push press, and push jerk.
Those numbers are used to calculate the weights for each set automatically here and on the weekly Excel file. The administrator will copy those personnal records in the Excel file.
