Smaller international meets, such as Commonwealth

CWFHC.
What you need to know as a member of the Beyond Lifting organization:
1. Keep an eye on the IWF competition webpage.
This is where new international competitions will post regulations for upcoming events. The regulations will be posted months in advance, but won't be updated on the main IWF page, so be sure to check continuously. Look for a blue arrow beside a competition name; that means that competition has more information available.
2. When competition regulations are posted, read through them for deadlines on registration.
3. Once you know the registration requirements (including any payments that need to be made), contact the CWFHC. They will submit an entry on your behalf (usually Don MacNeill's responsibility).
MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW UP CLOSE TO THE DEADLINE! And make sure you mention that the athlete's coach will be participating as well, as they will need to be on the entry form.
4. Then you submit payments by e-transfer to the CWFHC for hotel and entry fees.
